1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
During our initial consultation, our objective is to meet face to face with our clients at their home to determine their reason for a new landscape project. There are many determining factors to be discussed before we can start with a design, price structure or even construction.READ MORE...
Together, we determine your “why, how, what”; why do you want a new landscape project? Is it to have an enjoyable space to eat dinner with your family on a nice summer night or entertain guests by a fire pit area? Create a welcoming front entry? Are there issues with your current grade of your property, maybe causing water damage to your home? Or are you just considering some kind of change and haven't yet considered all the possibilities of what could be done within your space? Once we have determined your why and what you’re looking for, then we can take the right steps to ensure we are providing a project that meets your wants and needs.
We will also review our “consultation package”, which provides a great overview of what you can expect when working with us. It describes our process from start to finish, as well as our follow-up two years after project completion. We explain our design process and features that could provide added functionality or enjoyment to your project.
Every project request is unique and we like to treat every client and their project as such.

2. DESIGN
Understanding the scale of the project you desire, your “why” and basic ideas of what you are looking for are a critical first step to our design process. A detailed design is the foundation of any successful project to create something unique that you enjoy.READ MORE...
Our process looks at whether your project requires a full landscape design and build or a smaller project that may, for example, include constructing a basic retaining wall to solve grade elevation issues. No matter the size, we will choose the right design and site considerations for your project.
When creating the design for you, we consider and include the following:
- 3D renderings
- scaled drawings
- layouts
- desired features
- materials and colour options
- layout features on the property to view sizing

3. PROJECT PLANNING

You can also view our info sheet with “Tips on finding the right contractor” to show you that quality workmanship is top priority for us when choosing materials and installation methods.
At this stage, we review our design and blueprints with you, go over our document with the project details, the delivery schedule, project timeline, contract, warranties and pricing. We make sure we have incorporated all your requests and captured your dreams and will make any necessary adjustments to get it just right for you.

4. CONSTRUCTION
Communication between our team and you, the client, is a top priority throughout our construction process. We inspect and review each major stage of construction with you to reassure you we are following the design plan, and you are still happy with the way the project is coming together.READ MORE...
Designs can appear differently on blueprints or 3D renderings, so when they are viewed on-site during construction, we need to sometimes make slight adjustments.
During our times on your property, our interactions with you and your neighbours will always be courteous. We ensure, as best as possible, that noise, dust and any other inconveniences from the construction process are kept to a limit.

5. FOLLOW-UP
Impeccable customer service is important to us, even after completion of your project. We ensure that we uphold our service standards and will conduct a maintenance check after project completion.READ MORE...
That means every spring, for the duration of our 5-year warranty, we will check in with you to ensure your hardscapes look as good as the day we completed them and none of the plants we planted have died.
As well, we will educate you on the best practises for treating your new installation to ensure you get the most value and longevity out of your project. For example, this can include checks and tips on how to clean your paving stones, how to seal them again if necessary and general maintenance tips of any hard or softscaping. We are always available for any questions from you about your new installation.
