"Matt and his team undertook a major outdoor landscape/hardscape project on our property in 2021/2022. This included re-grading of our extensive property to prepare for pool install, pavers and coping surrounding the pool and deck area, also banding of driveway. The project also included the development of a front 2 tiered garden with boulder stone and the creation of a large Inukshuk (which is stunning). His team also designed a new fire pit area with flagstone. Matt brought the project to fruition by arranging the pool fencing, new sod throughout and planting of the front gardens. “We had our front porch landscaped the summer of 2017 by Precision Grounds Landscaping. Matt helped us with selecting the right masonry with quality in mind and to meet our budget as well as to colour coordinate with the facade of our home. The materials were delivered and the project started promptly as promised. As the area was relatively small the excavation was done manually to avoid having heavy equipment trampling our grass. The ground preparation was done with care creating a good base for the masonry to sit on. The stones were applied with painstaking precision, paying attention to the pattern.
The work was finished on time. The grass around the stones that was damaged was replaced following the drainage levels as per builders specks. When all was finished all debris was removed leaving the area clean and looking great. Generally we were very satisfied with the work and would recommend this company without reservation.”
